BRS bearing can produce most models of the thk cross roller ring bearing at a lower cost. BRS cross roller ring products are equivalent to the original THK brand under common working conditions. THK cross-roller ring bearing types

Based on the rotation part, THK crossed roller bearings can be divided into three groups.

RB crossed roller bearing

Size range: id 20~1250mm, OD 36~1500mm
Features: Split outer ring with compact inner ring, suited for applications which require high rotation accuracy of the inner ring.

RA crossed roller bearing types

Size range: id 50~200mm, OD 66~226mm
Features: Thin section type, has a split outer ring with a compact inner ring. RA type is suited for applications that have a compact design and require lightweight of the bearings.

RA-C crossed roller bearing types

Size range: id 50~200mm, OD 66~226mm
Features: Solid one-piece inner and outer ring, can be used for both inner and outer ring rotation. Currently, the small size of this series is not available by BRS, please contact us for details.

RU crossed roller bearing types

Size range: id 10~350mm, OD 50~540mm
Features: Solid one-piece inner and outer ring structure with mounting holes, easy to install and remove. Installation won't affect bearings precision, suited for inner/outer ring rotation.

RAU crossed roller bearing types

Size range: id 10~200mm, OD 21~226mm
Features: Extremely small cross roller bearing type, or called micro cross roller ring. Solid one-piece inner and outer ring structure makes it suited for both inner and outer ring rotation.

RE crossed roller bearing types

Size range: id 20~600mm, OD 36~700mm
Features: The split inner ring with a compact outer ring, designed for applications that require high running accuracy of the outer ring.
