Rollix Ball Slewing Bearing – Series 01, 02, 03

Rollix slewing bearings have various series, including crossed rollers slewing bearing, ball slewing bearing, light series slewing bearing, light series solid sections slewing bearing. 01, 02, 03 series slewing rings are four point contact ball slewing bearings.

BRS Slewing Bearing Features

Four point contact ball bearing is designed for supporting axial, radial loads and tilting moment. It’s composed of one inner ring, one outer ring, steel balls, and spacers. BRS can produce Rolllix slewing bearing with stable rotation, high limit speed and high running accuracy. Our slewing ring products are all after grinding finishing, so their rotation is more flexible, and have lower noize with longer service life compared with common slewing ring without grinding.

Besides processing technique, raw material is also an important factor which will affect bearing’s performance. BRS selects the most reliable and suitable materials to meet the requirements of different applications. Materials are supplied by approved steel works and we can provide the raw material certificate upon request. At each significant step of manufacturing, there will be inspections such as hardness test, ultrasonic flaw test, metallurgraphic structure examination, etc.
Usually we use 50Mn or 42CrMo as raw material for slewing bearing, GCr15 for crossed roller bearing. Stainless steel 9Cr18 or carburizing steel also available for some specific applications.
