    Cautions: For crossed roller bearings with split inner ring, when the rigidity of the mounting parts is not sufficient, stress concentration will occur at the contact area between the rollers and raceways, and the bearing performance will be deteriorated significantly.

    Therefore, it is necessary to carefully examine the rigidity of housing and the strength of fixing bolts when a large moment will be applied.

    TXRDO-mounting

    1. Before installation, please clean bearing bracket, shaft, or other components, make sure there is no burrs or rough edge.

    2. According to above figure, standard installation process on a platform is in the follow order: (1+4)→6→(2+5)→8→3→7. But since BRS cross tapered roller bearings are pre-tightened by bolts, users only need to install 6&7 mounting flange to the base with screw.

    4. To ensure bearings’ good performance and service life, following points require particular attention: sufficient & correct lubricating, periodic inspection of lubricating system, operation below specified parameters, avoid impact load as far as possible.
